Wow I can’t believe it is week #3!? Can you? This week has been a very emotional week due to my husband being cut down to 20 hours a week. I am very blessed that he still has a job during this time as many people have been laid off due to everything that has been going on. We are praying for everyone who has been effected by this time. We can get through this! Anyway, this week my kiddos became sick with a viral fever (not COVID-19 related) and once they were feeling better I came down with a mild fever. Boo.
I was able to work out some but it was a challenging week to say the least. I also had challenges as every time I tried to workout my kiddos seemed to need me. I wonder how my toddler and baby always sync up…I wonder what there saying in that baby talk. But in all honesty, I am having a harder week than usual. I feel plagued with doubt about working out, and if what I am doing will help me lose weight. I’m missing family more than usual. You would think I’d be fine during this time as my family lives in upstate New York and I’m usually by myself with the kiddos while hubby goes to work. So I am a little more stressed out. But I am seeing progress in numbers just not seeing it through my actual body. But even if I don’t feel like working out or being healthy I’m sticking to it. I’m making time for it. How are you doing? How are you using the time you have today to make tomorrow a better day?
