Body Image #5

So last week I didn’t give an update because I was needing some much needed me time. I did a Spring Makeup look instead. It was quite fun to do but now I have to get back into the swing of working out.

I have been able to workout more this week and I’m starting to see results. Although I don’t think anyone else can. I know I keep saying I will post an update of my body but I have decided to post a video on YouTube of the entire journey. It won’t be up until I reach my goal weight which will be however long it takes to lose this weight and reach my goal.

Ben and I were reviewing stats on how fast I lost weight in 2018 after Jedi was born. Last time it took me four months to reach the weight I am now so I’m a month and a half ahead. This month, I’m setting a goal to lose 2lbs. I think that’s a reasonable goal to achieve.

I’ve actually enjoyed working out as I’m figuring out how to stretch and properly workout. I’ve been able to workout longer this week but I am still losing minimal weight. It may be time to cut back on all treats, dairy, and breads. I did this last time and it helped improve my mood and weight loss dramatically!

In addition, I’ve had a couple people reach out asking if I wanted to start a dieting program and the answer is no. I am wanting to lose weight naturally with healthy eating, herbs, collagen, and home workouts. I want to show myself that I have what it takes to do this. But without further ado let’s get to the stats.

  • Original Weight (start date 02/27/20): 154 lbs
  • Last week weight: 147.3 lbs
  • New weight: 146.8
  • Weight lost this week: .5 lbs
  • Weight lost total: 7.2 lbs
  • Time working out this week: 4
  • Diet: Moderately Healthy
  • Pant size: 8/9!!! Yay!!!

Ultimate Goal:

  • Reach a size 4/6
  • Reach 125 lbs
