Body Image #7

The stats are in and I am in shock of how much weight I’ve lost this week!! I explained to y’all last week that I won’t be taking dieting pills or following a fad diet but I have been taking my vitamins, using essential oils, and eating better. Well this week I have seen some dramatic results. I am super excited to share with y’all that I have lost 10 POUNDS!!!! Not only that but this is my 100th post on my blog!! I am so happy about this we are in the double digits now! I didn’t see all my weight shed of quickly though. I would see a little progress here and there, but those small numbers add up. Some of my pants are starting to fit nicely and shirts aren’t cutting off my arm circulation.

This week has been full of challenges and to be honest I’ve only worked out maybe once or twice. If you don’t already know we have put an offer on a house and it was accepted. We are now dancing through the motions of buying a house and let me tell you there is ALOT that goes into buying a house. So I have been very bad about working out this last week but I will be making it up this next week. I also am waiting for my yoga mat to come in. I hope it comes in soon. Let’s take a poll: Do you feel it will come in Tuesday? Wednesday? Or next week?
