Body Image #9

Who else is working out with me?? This last week has been great! I am in the 30s!!!!! Also, my yoga mat has NOT COME IN yet…It’s okay though as Ben and I have been going on 3 mile walks. He has started to join me along in my journey.

This week I saw a HUGE improvement and clothing items such as bras and shirts are fitting nicely on my skin. I posted on my Facebook page some results and it was amazing to see the transformation in such a small amount of time! I had a mom friend reach out wanting to know some tips on staying motivated in my workouts and I thought I’d share the tips here.

The first thing is filling my mind with positive thoughts whether it be verses, motivational script or positive affirmations. I need to start inward then work outward. Second, find people who will believe in you because when you feel like giving up they will be there to bring you up. Thirdly,!be consistent and get your kiddos involved. Sometimes it can be REALLY hard to workout because kiddos need a lot of time and nurturing. Ben and I have been going on family walks for the last two weeks and I already feel a lot better! I’m spending time with family while doing something I hate to do which is working out. That brings me to my last thing and it’s this: make sure you know you ARE beautifully made and your body created beautiful kids. I know it sounds silly but tell your body thank you and try not to be discouraged. The key thing is don’t stop because stoping will get you know where. I hope this helps anyone else in their journey ❤️

  • Diet: Healthy
  • Pant size: 8/9

Ultimate Goal:

  • Reach a size 4/6
  • Reach 125 lbs
  • I have 19 more pounds to go!!
